Throughout the day, Parks & Recreation staff and partners will host rotating, two-hour, topic-specific activities highlighting different habitats and species found within the park. Participants may attend one session or stay for multiple activities.

Using the free iNaturalist app, community members will help identify and record plants, insects, birds, and other wildlife — contributing valuable data to a global biodiversity effort while deepening their understanding of Lynchburg’s natural resources.
